The farm produces from the pigs Cinta senese cured meats typical of the Maremma tradition, fresh meat and piglets; from the cattle Maremma beef and bresaola; and from the sheep lamb meat.

Over time, local specialties such as Cinta and veal ragouts and ancient peasant preparations such as friccioli, soppressata, or fegatelli have been in increasing demand, especially from individuals.

Like any Italian farm, the Tistarelli family has always had olive trees and a vineyard: the oil can be bought on the farm, the wine, on the other hand, is for the house and friends, but it is easy to have a glass of it while chatting with Roberto.

For the past few years, it has been possible to buy cured meats, sauces, other local products and various local wines in the farm store.

A sale of fresh meat and other products is made at the beginning of each season and shipped directly to your home.
