From this year, visiting Maremma becomes more interesting, because it will be possible to taste its products at Aia della Colonna as well.

From Wednesday a Saturday, 5:30 to 9 p.m., by reservation only, enjoy the sunset on the porch of The Hague with a tasting of Cinta Senese cured meats produced entirely on the farm and cheeses from our favorite local cheesemakers.

Roberta owner and sister of Roberto, a breeder and master pork butcher, will tell you about the method of breeding, production and curing of the cold cuts; you can then choose to accompany the board with a bottle of wine from local wineries or strictly Maremma craft beers.

The cost per person is 30.00€ (drinks not included) and includes a tasting of 5 farm cold cuts or 5 local cheeses, both accompanied by samples of farm specialties.

Drinks can be purchased by the bottle from a selection of wines and beers from small local producers, all of whom we know and invite you to visit.

Seating availability is limited, book early so you don’t miss the sunset toast!
